Back in the 1970–90s, groups of people in the LGBTQIA+ community were unfairly outcasted by mainstream society because of who they were. They came together to create their own families, led by a ‘House Mother’, where they’d express themselves freely – they’d enjoy acceptance, kindness, and a sense of community they couldn’t find anywhere else.
As an AuDHD, heavily tattooed, sweary, outspoken solo mum, I felt like I never fitted into any traditional ‘corporate box’.
And so The HoLT (The House of LT) was born in 2022. Not just for the LGBTQIA+ community, but for everyone with a business who wants a space to belong.
Every day, 500+ awesome humans share their stories, learn together, celebrate the good days, and support one another on bad days.
Together, we combat the loneliness that often comes with running a business. We give without expecting to receive, and we don’t let our job titles or how much money we earn define our value to one another.
The HoLT is a (mostly) online community, hosted inside our app, for freelancers, small business owners, and solopreneurs.
It’s a place for YOU to be seen, celebrated, helped, and appreciated exactly as you are.

Our power is in our people, who vary in ages, religions, locations, ethnicities, body size, abilities, sexualities and genders, and discrimination and disrespect of any kind will never be tolerated.
We will always put our people before our profits, and on the rare occasion
someone joins who is not a values fit, they are quietly and privately removed.
We are fiercely protective of our inclusive culture of acceptance and belonging, which ensures The HoLT remains free from judgement, cliques, clashes, and giant egos.

No, but you can sign up for a monthly subscription and there’s no contract or commitment. If it’s not for you, just cancel any time in your account settings. You can also try us out with a free Speed Networking session. Join the email list to get involved in one of those.

We have LOTS of members in Europe, North America and beyond. Most of our live sessions are hosted between 10am-3pm UK time with occasional evening community calls, but all masterclasses are recorded and added the library to watch back any time. The community chat is active all times of day. If you are more than 6 hours ahead or behind UK time, you may unfortunately struggle to join us for live events.

Yes. If more than one person from a business joins, it is £65 per month for the first member and £50 per month for anyone else. (£650/500 per year). Contact us by email to access the discount.

Simple. If you’re a knob, don’t join. If you are a knob and you slip through the net, we’ll politely and privately end your membership. The HoLT values mutual respect, kindness, and inclusivity. If those things aren’t important to you too, you’re probably not for us.
