Built by someone who never fitted the corporate box either.
As an AuDHD, heavily tattooed, sweary, outspoken solo mum, I felt like I never fitted into any traditional 'corporate box'.
So in 2022, The HoLT (The House of LT) was born — for everyone with a business who wants a space to belong.
Every day, 500+ awesome humans share their stories, learn together, celebrate the good days and support one another on the bad days - including me. I'm in there every single day, connecting people, offering advice and helping out wherever I can.
Together we combat the loneliness of running a business. We give without expecting to receive. We don't let job titles or income decide anyone's value.

What happens after I join?+

I'm employed, can I still join?+
Yes! We have a number of members who are employed who have no plans to start a business, and they say they get so much from the community that their employers have taken over the cost!
Is this right for me if I'm new in business?+
Absolutely. Loads of our members joined in their first year. You'll find people a few steps ahead, people right where you are, and zero gatekeeping.
Is this right for me if I've been in business for years?+
Yes and we've heard 'I wish I'd found this 5 years ago' more times than we can count. The HoLT is full of seasoned business owners who still want connection, perspective and a proper crew.
Do I have to show up live?+
Nope. Calls are recorded, the chat hums along on your schedule, and you can dip in and out as life allows. Live is lovely but never compulsory.
Can I come to events alone?+
Yes, and most people do at first. There's always a HoLT face waiting for you and an unofficial 'I don't know anyone' welcome committee.
Are the meetups included?+
Community-run meetups are free as part of your membership. Bigger events (like Atomicon and IdeaFest) we get member discounts for; you'll still pay the discounted ticket.
How do member discounts work?+
Inside the app there's a discount library: tools, services and events with member-only codes. Most members save more than the membership cost in a few months.
Can I cancel?+
Yep. No long contract, no awkward exit interview. Cancel any time inside your account, no hard feelings.
What if I'm nervous about joining a community?+
Completely normal and the people we hear that from most are the ones who end up loving it most. You'll be welcomed in gently, no spotlight, no performance, just people.
What if I'm a knob?+
Then we're not for you, and that's fine. 'No knobs allowed' isn't just branding, it's the actual culture and we look after it.
No question is ever too small. But remember one thing; you aren't signing up for a 12 month contract or anything like that. You can cancel at anytime.
